3 Month Advertising Package $100 + GST

ü Spots up to 30 seconds in length

ü Unlimited "Run of Station" schedule with at least 120 spots per month

ü Minimum 3 month booking and payment

ü Orders on first serve basis. Very competitive with print advertising!

Production Fee

All production costs are included in the above packages at no extra charge. Please add $50.00 production cost for each additional spot per DJ.

Terms of Advertising

TheBocX.com offers advertising opportunities to reach our core 25 - 65 year old male and female audience. With a taste for what's brewing in the Jazz/R&B/Blues cultural landscape, our listeners are always on the lookout for what's new and fascinating. Since they are digitally savvy and socially adept…they “LIKE” what appeals to them.

General Terms

"Advertising" includes sponsorship announcements, paid broadcasts and commercials.
All advertising is subject to the approval of THEBOCX.COM which reserves the right to reject advertising material for any reason whatsoever including incompatibility with stations direction and sound.
Subject to Term 4, an advertising order may be cancelled by the Advertiser if, and only if THEBOCX.COM receives notification in writing of the cancellation at least 60 days before the advertising is scheduled to commence.
All advertising is subject to the provisions and regulations of the Broadcasting Services Act and the Broadcasting Program Standards.
THEBOCX.COM reserves the right to change programs at any time without reference to the Advertiser.
Payment in full is required by Cash, Check, Direct Debit or via PayPal to THEBOCX.COM before any on air advertising campaign begins. Prepayment is required for all new advertisers.
The station may terminate or suspend this contract, where the advertiser is in breach of this or any other contract between the station and advertiser, or the advertiser's agent, or upon bankruptcy or insolvency of the advertiser, or is in administration, receivership or a liquidator is appointed in respect of the advertiser.
All the rates are exclusive of GST.
The station may, in its absolute discretion, cancel or suspend any advertising without prior notice, provided the advertiser is subsequently advised of such a cancellation or suspension; and offered make-up advertisements or a proportionate refund, at the discretion of the station.

Indemnity Clause

The advertiser accepts full responsibility for the content of all advertising to be broadcast and agrees to indemnify THEBOCX.COM against all legal penalties and against all liability whatsoever including, liability for negligence of THEBOCX.COM or any employee or agent of THEBOCX.COM arising from any broadcast of the advertising.
